ElizaPay Overview
Privacy-First Agentic OS for Banking Execution Across Chains

ElizaPay is a privacy-first, agent-native banking and payment operating system designed for a future where users do not manually manage wallets, bridges, swaps, or banking actions. Instead, a personal AI agent lives inside a hardware-encrypted execution environment (TEE — Trusted Execution Environment) and becomes the user’s private financial operator.
ElizaPay’s core concept is simple but powerful:
Your AI agent needs access to your financial context to make good decisions, but nobody—including ElizaPay developers—should be able to see your data, your balances, or your activity.
This is why ElizaPay is described as a “Dark OS”:
the agent can see everything it needs to operate,
but the infrastructure around it cannot observe anything meaningful.
This overview explains ElizaPay’s purpose, architecture, core components, and why it is different from typical wallets, neobanks, or AI finance apps.
What ElizaPay Actually Is
ElizaPay is not just:
a crypto wallet,
a DeFi dashboard,
a neobank UI,
or a payment app.
ElizaPay is an Operating System layer for agentic banking, meaning:
ElizaPay provides
a secure runtime where the AI agent lives
a permission and policy engine that controls what the agent can do
private computation for routing and decision-making
ZK proof generation to enable trust without disclosure
multi-chain execution connectors (bridges, DEXs, payment rails)
merchant-friendly payment authorization without exposing wallet identity
